Sacred Heart Primary School has been recognised as a standout school for student engagement and wellbeing, featuring in the official video for Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools’ (MACS) Vision for Engagement.
The initiative, designed to support student success across its 290 schools, proudly premiered at The Age Schools Summit.
Our Principal, Mrs Gina Murphy, along with staff and students, are highlighted in the video, showcasing Sacred Heart’s focus on mental health, motivation, attendance, and individualised learning – the key pillars of the Vision for Engagement.
With student wellbeing and belonging at the heart of everything we do, Sacred Heart has developed a leading engagement framework that prioritises a safe, calm, and respectful environment where all students can flourish.
As part of this achievement, Sacred Heart was also featured across major news outlets, including Channel 7 and Channel 9, further celebrating our commitment to student engagement and wellbeing.
We are proud to be recognised for our implementation of the Vision for Engagement and for helping set the direction for other schools to follow.
